Home in Israel

Privacy Policy

How Home in Israel handles personal information - plainly, and with as little collection as the service allows.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, ask about a project or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and anything you write in the message field. Serving the site itself requires only the technical basics any website needs to deliver a page.

Browsing the site requires no account and no sign-in.

Accounts and signing in

Creating an account is optional. When you do, authentication is operated for us by Microsoft Entra External ID, acting as our processor: Microsoft handles your credentials on its own sign-in pages, and we never receive or store your password. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google authenticates you on its own pages under its own privacy policy.

From either method we receive only what the account needs to work: your verified email address and, where you provide it, your display name.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not build cross-site profiles of our visitors. Any usage measurement we perform is cookieless and aggregate - counts of pages, not portraits of people.

Embedded maps and project films load only after you choose to open them. Until you click, the external provider receives nothing about your visit.

How your details are used

Enquiry details go to the sales team responsible for the project or service you asked about, so a real person can reply. Newsletter addresses are used solely for the newsletter, only after you confirm your subscription, and every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records only as long as they serve the conversation you started; dormant records are anonymized rather than held indefinitely. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or anonymize the information we hold about you - write to us through the contact page and we will act on it.
